Land Buyer Command · BAX Land Atlas

Know the land before you buy it.

An evidence-first acquisition workflow that keeps parcel records, field inspection, sampling, chain of custody, qualified laboratory work and professional review together — so a buyer decision rests on documented evidence, and unknowns stay visibly unknown.

Partner demonstration. Every case, lab, aircraft and person in the sample mission is illustrative. No private client case, listing, exact sensitive location or contact detail is published here.

How to read this page

Demonstrated software

Runs in this release. You can try it in the sample mission. Public-data screening queries real federal services and reports each one as retrieved or unavailable.

Proposed integration

Designed interfaces and data records exist; the connection to a real provider, instrument or service is not yet built or verified.

Unvalidated hardware

Aircraft, payloads and robotic collection methods that need demonstration against real matrices and field conditions before any claim is made.

Simulated

Events produced by simulated adapters for demonstration. A simulated event can never become a verified field or laboratory result.

The complete service chain

  1. Identify candidate landProgram needs, budget, travel radius. Demonstrated
  2. Resolve parcel, access and useBoundary polygon, legal access, written use feasibility. Boundary Title/zoning
  3. Screen public recordsUSDA soils, USFWS wetlands, FEMA flood — failures stay unknown. Demonstrated
  4. Plan field workInspection questions, weather windows, crew, consent. Demonstrated
  5. Map and inspectRGB mapping; optional thermal, multispectral, LiDAR. Hardware Simulated in demo
  6. Collect appropriate samplesLab-approved plan per matrix, qualified collector. Planning Collection
  7. Maintain custodyIdentified actors, times, temperatures; gaps block final status. Demonstrated
  8. Choose a qualified receiving labNearest lab that can accept the matrix, method and deadline — not just the closest building. Logic Live lab directory
  9. TransportCrew or courier first; aircraft delivery is a separate authorized integration. Planning
  10. Analytical QA/QCBlanks, duplicates, holding times, calibration. Gates LIMS import
  11. Professional interpretationSigned review; editing inputs invalidates it. Demonstrated
  12. Buyer decisionBrief with provenance and a missing-evidence list. Demonstrated
  13. Repeat monitoringSeasonal change produces review tasks, never automatic findings. Logic Sensor feeds

Drone and field operations, designed honestly

Drones are one measurement tool inside a ground-and-laboratory system. This release plans and records; it sends no flight commands and launches nothing.

Modular payload registry

Aircraft/payload compatibility, mass, power, calibration, accuracy and validation evidence. An unvalidated payload or unsupported method cannot authorize a physical mission.

Registry Payloads

Terrain and site inspection

Parcel geometry, drainage and ponding, erosion, vegetation stress, access, infrastructure and legacy-use clues — each layer carries date, coverage and uncertainty. Imagery does not prove soil chemistry, legal wetlands or underground clearance.

Imagery ingest

Inspection fleet coordination

Mapping aircraft, sample-capable aircraft where validated, ground rover or technician, and a mobile custody station. Routes, battery reserves, communications, manual abort and recovery.

Simulated adapters

Charging docks and resource ledger

Battery and dock readiness, maintenance, and measured charging energy with meter source, units, time and calibration. P-Token units are an accounting tally only — no billing or settlement.

Ledger Meter feeds

Human field safety

Operator authorization, access consent, timed check-ins, communication-loss procedure, emergency contact kept private, optional hazard-sensor observations.

Check-in logic

Sample-to-lab logistics

Matrix, method, container, preservative, accreditation, detection limits, holding deadline, hours, capacity and receipt confirmation decide the lab — and the app shows why closer labs were unsuitable.

Demonstrated

Repeat inspection

Seasonal imagery, water levels, soil moisture, baseline vs follow-up samples, instrument drift and repair history. Changes open review tasks.

Logic

Sampling scope

Matrices supported in planning

  • Soil and sediment
  • Accessible surface water
  • Groundwater and wells
  • Plant tissue
  • Air
  • Building materials and swabs where relevant

How analyses are chosen

pH, salinity, nutrients and organic matter where appropriate. Metals, hydrocarbons, pesticides, pathogens or other analyses are selected by qualified professionals from site history and intended use. There is no universal "test-everything" panel and no single drone that collects everything.

Kept separate

Environmental, food/agricultural and human clinical specimens follow different methods, laboratories and credentials. This product handles environmental and agricultural land evidence.

What this release does not claim

  • No purchase clearance, contamination clearance, crop-yield or investment-return guarantee.
  • No flight commands, autonomous launch, aerial delivery or physical sample dispatch.
  • No remote heartbeat, blood-flow, identity, intent or through-wall detection; no pursuit, covert monitoring or weapons functions.
  • Mapped wetland or flood features are screening evidence, not legal delineations. "No features returned" is not a clearance.
  • Browser storage in the sample mission is editable and per-device. Hashes detect changed bytes; they do not prove who collected a sample or a laboratory's competence. Durable multi-user storage and authentication are not part of this demo.
